Our playground is OPEN
YES, our playground is open once again! We have new swing sets with regular and child swings, plus an inclusive swing and even a teeter-totter type swing for two! Though temporary for this year, we also have a slide climber (pictured), a small volleyball net, a covered playhouse and a sand box …… plus a new Community Beach Toy Box! Located on the playground sand, the box is filled with toys and available for all children of any age to borrow and enjoy during their day at the beach. Then return!
BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are looking for durable sand toys, beach buckets, shovels, sand trucks, bocce balls and games. We are accepting new and like-new used equipment (drop off at the Chamber of Commerce, 16 Water St., Kennebunk, please) and we have created the following Amazon wish list to help guide folks’ gift-giving:
