KBIA Instructors
KBIA’s teaching personnel comprises educators and counselors who are high school and college students. The result is a highly competent staff of various age levels and teaching experiences. KBIA’s Executive Director and senior staff are caring, professionals with extensive backgrounds in education, child development or recreational enrichment. Like the majority of our members, the majority of our senior staff returns to KBIA season after season providing our children with consistent leadership role models. Our counselors also return year after year, often progressing from campers to CITs to counselors. Evaluation of the staff is continuous and is monitored. Additions and changes to the staff and development of new programs is a year round effort overseen by the Executive Director.
